Achievements:
• Quickly developed and delivered high quality customer communication and resources to support customer facing teams during the COVID-19 pandemic. Planned and executed Go-to-Market support materials to implement a temporary surcharge, to manage disruption and uncertainty in the global cargo industry. The Middle East, Indian subcontinent and Africa (MEISA) region had the highest % adoption of the surcharge as a result of these communication tools.
• Spearheaded testimonials to celebrate team member achievements.
• Motivated and engaged the team to navigate through the changes posed by the pandemic and deliver business and commercial priorities.
• Developed and executed a three-phase revenue generation campaign to empathize with customers in MEISA, while positioning FedEx as a reliable partner to support them through lockdowns and evolving their business strategies as the world opened up.
• Delivered high brand visibility and customer engagement through various events and brand engagement activities such as the Dubai Airshow, and operational facility and vehicle branding.
The Living Zone is in the retail business of furniture and household accessories. With BOMBAY (US) & ZONE (Denmark) as the primary two brands it has three stores across Dubai in Dubai’s prime shopping malls. The store caters to an audience who settle for nothing but the best for their homes.
Responsibilities:
1. Planning for the yearly media schedule in various publications, and other mediums of advertisement.
2. Budgeting and executing the yearly marketing activities which would include events, promotions, offers, discounts etc from time-to-time.
3. Coordinating with the press, handling press conferences and hence enjoying a good support from the press and opinion leaders.
4. Creating & distributing catalogues and flyers.
5. Plan & execute promotions such as Ramadan Sale, DSF etc. this would involve coordinating with the Government departments for various permissions, costing of goods etc.
6. Coordinating with the mall management for various promotions, competitions and other activities in the mall.
7. Developing and servicing corporate clients such as Better Homes, Dubai Duty Free etc.
