Planning, organizing, directing, controlling or coordinating the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization.
Maintaining records and compiling statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals and absenteeism rates.
Monitoring operations to ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, and Government regulations.
Ensuring that all employees' data, files and records are up-to-date, complete and all HR Processes comply with Labor law.

Preparing employee contracts, assign and enter employee identification numbers into the personnel system.
Administrating salary increases, promotions, transfer, payroll processing, and other benefits to ensure correctness, timely processing and compliance with applicable laws & policies/ procedures.
Executing the payroll process in coordination with the Finance Department.
Collaborating with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
Conducting exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
Contracting with vendors to provide employee services, such as food service, transportation, or relocation service Developing and Building Teams.
Identifying housing needs.
Maintaining records and writing reports.
Inspecting company vehicles and other property for damage and evidence.
Implementing schedule and policy changes
