Planning, organizing, directing, controlling or coordinating the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization.
Maintaining records and compiling statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals and absenteeism rates.
Monitoring operations to ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, and Government regulations.
