1.Execute the sales strategy within the store
2.Work as per daily plan and achieve the pre decided sales target
3.Ensure push team members to do maximum up-selling and cross selling
4.Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and serve the customers within the customer service guideline
5.Guide the team to assist customers in their buying process and maximize conversion
6.Provide technical product information and demonstration which help them make informed purchases and support in doing configuration of the buying unit
7.Facilitate a pleasant and hassle free experience for customers and resolve customer complaints effectively
8.Stay abreast of the latest product features and quality norms as well as promotional programs relevant to the all category, in order to better serve the customers.
1.All Showroom Key Responsibilities
2.Monitoring target Achievement Vs Assigned on Daily Basis,
3.Identifying and making contact with new prospective clients. Arranging meetings with prospective clients.
4.Promoting the image of the company as a leader in technology services.
5.Meeting clients at their offices, identifying their requirements and then proposing solutions.
6.Highlighting the benefits of the company's products and services.
7.Planning and executing required customer visits,
8.Monitoring customer visit schedules of other Marketing executives,
9.Monitoring Debtor status,
10.Monitoring RMA pending jobs and related issues with the assistance of Senior Engineering Executive assigned and reporting to the relevant personnel,
11.Maintenance of the stock and monitoring stock deviations,
12.Executing performance evaluation on daily basis and drive the staff to achieve the team targets as well as individual targets.
13.Following the marketing activities planned as per the Business Development Plan,
14.Accountable for assets maintenance, Cleanliness of the showroom & Proper display arrangements.
15.Activities should be followed in order to ensure the disciplines of the staff are maintained.
16.Maintaining a higher staff’s satisfaction level.
17.Pocket meeting on daily and weekly basis.
