Capstone Research Project 2: Tourism in Australia: Focus on the Hotel Industry Analyzed factors that affect customer satisfaction and intention to purchase, taking different hotel segments into consideration, and developed marketing strategies based on the identified factors. Capstone Research Project 3: Luxury Retail Segment in Singapore Understood motivation, purchase behavior and social values for luxury products and developing an integrated marketing communication strategy for Gucci.
