• • Developing and implementing procurement strategies in Procurement Hub MENA region, covering 8 production units and 12 sales offices in 11 countries in MENA
• Managing procurement of direct and indirect goods and services worth 55 million Euro PA.
• Management of negotiations and contracts for MENA region, for materials and services not covered under global and regional contracts.

• Demand/supply planning & inventory analysis involving 12000 Active SKU’s, with 750 new SKU’s per year (5 company owned factories + 25 external suppliers+ 160 authorized service centres + 50 distributors).
• Assigned responsibility of MRP classification for items, inventory analysis and impact of forecast on levels of inventory and tasked with maintaining service levels to 97% in the Warehouse.
• Perform E&O analysis to maintain healthy inventory without affecting service level.
• Perform spare parts forecast requirement for new finished product based on historical data.
• Associated with MEA warehouse team to solve the issue on inbound shipments and quality.
• Led management and execution of Service Operations Parts Supply (1, 089, 295 pieces shipped every year).
• Developed external relationships with 3rd party suppliers, manufacturing facilities, warehouse distribution team and authorized repair agents in MEA.
• Procurement of parts from Chinese vendors.
• Quality reporting of products and warranty analysis of MEA market.
• Prepared Credit note for service concessionaries comprising of 160 service centres in MEA.
• Produced exploded view & service bill of material for products launched in MEA market and updated them with changes.
• Devised repair instructions, service bulletin & video for enabling efficient repair of products and published & updated these documents in the service website.
• Organized repairs of all Black & Decker and Dewalt products.
• Prepared repair summary & reports.
