• To develop new polies as per KSA/international regulations.
• To develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve training and awareness programs.
• To conduct EHS training and awareness sessions for employees virtually and physically.
• To lead in monthly meetings for EHS performance and highlighting EHS issues to company's top management and
promoting proactive approach.
• To maintain EHSS Statistics of projects and services department.
• To arrange monthly EHS awards and appreciation program.
• To evaluate subcontractor EHS performance during subcontractor selection.
• To arrange EHS workshops for promoting safety culture.
• To conduct internal EHS Audits, highlighting gaps and advising corrective actions accordingly.
• To estimate project EHS budget for new projects during bidding.
Project Responsibilities:
• Responsible for EHS Management of SABIC Petrochemical projects.
• To review project scope of work to assess the risk involved in the project and advising management accordingly.
• To review and approve method of statement for safe execution of project activities.
• To develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve Project EHS Plans, Risk Assessment and Job safety Analysis.
• To conduct audit and inspections for all projects monthly and quarterly.
• To lead Internal EHS meeting at all project sites.
• To participate in SABIC steering committee meetings and highlighting the EHS performance of company.

Prepare HSE Plans for projects and implement it on site.
• Conducting orientation training for new staff and task related training periodically.
• Evaluating subcontractor HSE performance monthly and quarterly.
• Develop and update company EHSS statistics.
• Adhere project HSE requirement to project team.
• Carry out daily Site HSE tours with subcontractor HSE leads and highlight findings.
• Participate in HSE meetings with clients.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports on safety matter and send to Employer and project managers.
• Liaise with the Employer, Contractors and the Site Supervision Team and report status of safety issues.

To implement Company and Client HSE Policy at project site.
• Conduct task related training and behavior-based training for staff
• Assists the Commercial, Engineering and Operations Department in their dealings with Clients in all issues concerned with
Health and Safety at work.
• Participation in meeting with client for HSE matters.
• Conduct inspection of tools and equipment.
• Preparation of HSE documents for new tenders.

Preparation of HSE plans for new projects.
• Conducting initial project site visits to evaluate the risk and prepare detailed risk assessment of project sites.
• Estimate financial expenses of projects.
• Lead in risk assessment meeting with client.
• Site HSE tours with project manager and construction manager and highlight HSE issues of site.
• Conduct orientation training for new staff and periodic task related training for project team.
• Conduct emergency drills of the project site and Worker's camp.

Conduct daily toolbox talk at project site
• Conducting inspection of work sites and ensuring permit compliance on site.
• Participate in daily meeting for discussion of daily work activities and HSE issues.
• Maintaining record of HSE statistics of project site.

Prepare Health, safety, and environmental management system documents for external audits.
• Implement of HSE management system on company workshop and project sites.
• Prepare training schedule and conduct training for staff on project sites.
