Coordinating with the teams for implementing custom specific requirements and performing quality inspections, audits, testing and ensured deployment of Quality Management Systems
Implementing adequate systems, procedures and compliances through quality audits, for achieving the desired quality standards, executing Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP

Managing Testing Procedures and monitors all technical staff and operators to guide the method of batching and testing as per requirement of the clients.

Project: (B.E Project) “HIGH PERFORMANCE CONCRETE WITH LIME AND QUARRY DUST” Now-a-days green building concept plays a vital role in construction technology. The concept results in bio-diversity that enables the utilization of waste materials to renewable energy sources which imparts sustainable eco-friendly structures. The investigation aims to find out the feasible way of utilizing fly ash, quarry dust in related to the strength parameters of structural component, the one concrete, where the above mentioned materials are, at present mostly used for filling purposes. In addition to that in order to safe guard the environmental efficiency regarding the radiation of heat that emits from buildings which were constructed by the conventional cement concrete, Lime has been replaced cement to act as binder. Specimens will be prepared based on the various proportions, such that, Fly ash and Lime were replaced with varied proportions for binder material (i.e. cement). The Fine Aggregate (FA)-river sand content will be replaced with varied proportions for quarry dust. Tests were aimed and conducted on the specimens (cubes and cylinders) prepared with the above mentioned materials. The strength such as compression strength at the age of 3, 7 and 28 days were tested by the cubes and the tensile strength was identified from the cylinders casted with the above materials. Strength was compared with the specimens of conventional concrete (M20 Grade) to HPC combinations such as HPC-1, HPC-2, HPC-3 and HPC-4.
