• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including computer networks, servers, cloud computing systems (Azure and AWS).
• Administrating Microsoft 365 for users’ management, product licensing, OneDrive, SharePoint Sites/libraries, and Microsoft Teams.
• Implemented data backup and recovery procedures, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
• Procure, deploy, and configure hardware and software for end-user devices. Also configuring the devices to meet the needs of the users and the organization.
• Tracking the hardware and software assets in the organization. keeping track of the serial numbers, models, and locations of the assets.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software-related issues to users who are having problems with their hardware or software. It also includes troubleshooting problems and resolving them as quickly as possible.

• Responsible for introducing new product features development, testing, and deployments.
• Work directly with end-users to capture and analyze challenges to their workflow.

•Daily maintenance of the company local and wide, wired and wireless area computer network. Installs and tests network servers, operating system software, routers, switches, cabling, and other related network components/equipment.
