I have worked in construction projects as well as in plant’s operation with national and multinational organizations. Success record of attending various training courses in software media includes JD Edwards Enterprise One Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, Power Point presentation.
• Prepare profit and loss monthly closing statements.
• Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting procedures.
• Monitor and review accounts related system reports for accuracy of procedures to avoid audit issues.
• Reporting weekly manhours to Project Control Dept. for calculating Project Progress.
• Accumulating site daily hourly timesheets and updating into Daily Time Log.
• Maintaining project personnel monthly payroll and deals with.
• Import 250+ project personnel data from daily time entries into Payroll Format in order to preparing the monthly salaries of project site active manpower.
• Preparing of weekly expense report based on the expenses occurred at site and reporting to Project Finance/Accounting Manager.
• Keeping keen track of site cash inflow and outflow.
• Handling Project invoices and arranging payments for vendors.
• Maintaining HR details of project personnel required for the preparing EOS’s, vacation pays, service pays and vacationers payroll. It’s for avoiding delay in payments.
• Arranging and supervising distribution of Cash salaries of each individuals of project active crew.
• Handling the C3 ATM payroll Card and dealing with miscellanies daily payroll issues.
• Handling Project invoices and arranging payments for vendors.
• Checking/finalizing Sub-Contract Invoices and send to Dubai Accounts for further proceeding payment.
• Handling the C3 ATM payroll Card and deals with the miscellanies daily issues such as card lost, reissuance etc.
• Updating and maintaining CAT log for the Accounting Manager review
