RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support after sales activity for power system product in the company. Troubleshoot/repair faulty product,
start-up unit, supervise installation, warranty replacement, and perform scheduled corrective/preventive
maintenance.
* Provide sales support: demonstrate power system to customer, technical and product knowledge training to customer.

Facilities for PT. Axis Telecom Indonesia
The project was for maintaining overall network and data center facilities belong to PT. Axis Telecom
Indonesia under long-terms service contract agreement.
It is comprehensive preventive & corrective maintenance and it has been our responsibility to supervise 24
hours, 7 days (done by vendor's workers) where I was the persons in charge for this project. We have to monitor vendor's engineers working, making complete report to customer (PT. Axis), and built communication between our company and the customer to maintain customer satisfactory.
The project is for several network & data center facilities, located all over Indonesia: Jakarta (2 sites), Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya (2 sites), Lampung, Pekanbaru, Medan, Palembang, Batam,
Balikpapan, Makassar.
These maintenance project are still running, even after I resigned from Emerson Network Power in September 2013
