• Fire Alarm, Firefighting, CBS & PAVA System for Operation and Maintenance including expertise’s skilled in troubleshooting, preparing PPM programmed and execution of all Comprehensive Maintenance activities.

• Conducting internal fire drill testing and Civil Defense Inspection.
• Providing presentation and training for Client and Consultants.
• Hands on experience on Fire alarm, AMC & troubleshooting on multiple brand systems.
• Testing and Maintaining of Firefighting system, CBS and emergency lighting system.
• Supervision of manpower during Installation, Testing & Commissioning and PPM testing activities.
• Ensure the PPM's are carried out in all facilities as per given schedule.
• Coordination in arrangement of materials and man power in sites.
• Separating the snag list and creating excel report and service report.
• Supervising the weekly fire internal testing and fire pump testing conducted by FM engineering team.
• Attending the monthly meeting with project team & weekly meeting with FM team.
• Planning and reporting of activities related with maintenance to Manger.
• Preparing incident reports and Preventive recommendation as per requirement, daily based service report.
• Sorting out of issues from service reports and giving quotations to the client.
• As Presales engineer preparing quotation, as per PPM and based on service report and follow up Client as well.
• Attending and preparing site for Civil defense inspection.
• Carrying out works in customer premises in accordance with client requirements defined standards and NFPA procedure.
• Site inspection for Rectification, Installation of proposed maintenance report for Fire alarm & firefighting system.
• Responding to customer’s emergency call and acting promptly to solve the issue.
Commissioning, Testing, Servicing and Troubleshooting of Fire Protection and Fire Alarm System Implementation of the system by reading the lay-out drawings, schematic drawings and symbols.
• Addressable and Conventional Fire Alarm System, Interfacing with Fire Fighting System (Fire pumps, Sprinkler Valves, Flow Switches etc.) also handling of the programming, testing activities of fire alarm system and Interlocks with all third-party systems (LBG, Fire Suppression, FM200 System, Ecology, Damper, Music, Access Control, Rolling Shutter etc.)
• Programming, Testing and Troubleshooting for Addressable Fire Alarm Control Panels of make GENT by HONEYWELL and ESSER.
• Testing and Commissioning of fire detectors-smoke, heat and beam sensor detectors with conventional and addressable control panels.
• Interlocks for fire alarm system with BMS and various electromechanical systems like Elevators, Lift, Air Handling Units, FCU, PAVA, Fire Doors, Exhaust Fan, and Gate Barriers etc.
• Pre-Commissioning, Labeling, maintenance and troubleshooting of Central Battery System-CEAG.
• Conduct preventive maintenance for the Fire Alarm system and Central Battery System.
• Make record of the commissioning and maintenance reports.
• To undertake projects from project departments.
• Plan the commissioning schedules to meet the project dead line.
• Site visiting as per client requirement, follow-up cabling & installation
• Understanding & implementing NFPA-72 standards.
• Integrating the fire alarm control panel to fireworks (Graphics)
• Communicate with clients and discus regarding execution of project commissioning.
