• Networking, Hardware/Software troubleshooting.

• Maintain management software and all-important update.
• Set restrictions on social media accessible from PCs and mobile.
• Configuring Routing Protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP)
• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etc.)
• Troubleshoot Active Directory communication issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot FTP, HTTP, SSL, DNS, and SMTP mail flow.
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
• Support and troubleshooting third-party software, installing Rack devices, and cabling.
