Installation & Commissioning
• Leading installation and commissioning of various equipment as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Independent responsibility for Electrical Erection and Commissioning of DCS controlled Plants.
• Installation and Commissioning of HT/LT panels, HT Motors upto 2.9MW, 16/20MVA 132/6.6KV Transformer, Installation and commissioning of 6.6 KV HT motors up to 4.5MW with GRR and LRS control.

• Strategizing and initiating plans for inspection, shutdown jobs preparation & execution, breakdown analysis & action plans and preparation of annual maintenance plans.
• Implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant equipments& machinery.
• Effective and efficient handling of 145KV, 11KV & 6.6KV Switch gears (Siemens, ABB etc.) and all protection relays.
• Maintenance of ESP Transformers and trouble shooting.
• Coordinating material planning related activities encompassing identification of vendors, requirement specification & offer evaluation; maintaining optimized spare inventory for smooth operations.
• Predictive, Preventive, Proactive maintenance of all stationary and Rotating Electrical Equipments like HV and LV Transformers- Motors and switch gears, VFD (ABB, TB Woods, Siemens etc.).
• World class practice of maintenance using Tools like MIP (Maintenance Improvement Project).
• Continuous practice of CBM (Condition Based Monitoring), Preventive maintenance etc.
• Efficient use of MIP Tools like FMEA, RCFA for counter attacking the exact problems causing breakdowns of equipment.
• Continuous monitoring of Power factor and keeping it close to 0.997 (already achieved).
• Generating new ideas and implementation for cost saving in terms of Energy saving, spares and maintenance cost etc. under CIP (Continuous Improvement Project).
• Annual testing of Transformer Oil, protection relays and HT Motor (Signature Analysis).
• Erection and commissioning 32 MW Captive Power Plant having PLC SCADA based- Rockwell Automation.
• Key member for erection and commissioning of 2.14MTPa Full Fledge Cement plant.
• 3 New packers and Truck loaders.
O & M Electrical.
• Operation and Maintenance of 75 MW Captive Power Plant - 110x2 TPH Boiler Make-BHEL AFBC Boilers, Turbine Make-BHEL and DCS TATA Honeywell version-TDC 3000.
