• Lead and manage a team of HSE professionals, including HSE Duty Managers, HSE Admin, and Permit
Coordinators overseeing the daily operations, performance management, and compliance activities.
• Continuous HSE monitoring of third-party contractors and internal operations/ functions to realize the defined
OSH objectives, and maintain exceptional HSE standards in the interest of safety and health of all stakeholders.
• Support the Technical Operations on the execution of HSE policies and procedures in all activities across all
the departments.

Work Streams as: Construction Handover, Procurement and Contracting, Operations Management, CAFM

• Lead the H&S operations and coordinate with the Events team for major events and programs.
• Conduct HSE inspections and audits as per the HSE Monitoring and Performance Program.
• Facilitate the Risk Assessment process, and verification of mitigation controls effectiveness.
• Conduct accident, incident and near misses investigations supporting the Technical Operations.
• Monitor the contractor management process to ensure adherence to the Organisations standards and Health
and Safety requirements.
• Monitor compliance with the AFW-PTW system for all hazardous activities defined within ADOSH.
• Coordinate and facilitate OSH Training as per Training Needs Analysis.
• Actively engage in a range of OSH topics, campaigns, awarenesss sessions, and consultation workshops with
all stakeholders to embedded OSH principles and promote safety and health.
• Maintain the OSH-MS, to ensure relevance and compliance to applicable legal requirements.
• Play an active role in any corporate and external OSH Auditing requirements.

• Schedule and manage the periodic testing of Fire suppression, Firefighting and fire alarm systems.
• Create Fire Safety awareness and organize fire evacuation drill in coordination of key stakeholders & staffs.
• Evaluate effectiveness of procedures through evacuation drills for hospital buildings in liaison with
Government Fire Team, Police, Ambulance services, and stake holders to coordinate response activities.

• The Metro zone township project comprise with 30 high raised buildings with G+18 floors in 45 acres.
• Support HSE Manager to develop an HSE culture and ensure compliance with relevant HSE policies,
procedures, and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards .
• Prepare HSE monthly reports in line with the companys HSE objectives and standards.
• Ensure adequate HSE training and induction for all Sections employees to meet HSE standards.
• Organize the workload among the teams to ensure balanced activities by the HSE inspection teams per shift.
• Ensure HSE Targets and Objectives to measure performance through the KPI Dashboard.
• Specify the personal protection equipment requirements for all employees and monitor the compliance.
