Key Result Areas:

Administering client relationship management across all stages; escalating customer grievances to the appropriate role-holder for resolution
Following up for timely collections of all required forms & documentation and preparation of all MIS Reports; analyzing variances and devising required action
Mentoring & monitoring the performance of diverse, multi country-cultural team to ensure efficiency in process
Evolving competency among the team members; managing appraisal process across the levels; conducting interviews to recruit the right talent & resources
Ensuring achievement of KPIs in terms of productivity, operating efficiency, rejection, cost & customer service

Successfully rolled out the Stores & Procurement module of Premier Logistics ERP at Truckoman’s remote location by training the end users of the Stores and Procurement module; Direct Reports: 2 Storekeepers
Performed the verification of Stock level of Fast Moving items to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
Prepared detailed inventory report and showcased month-on-month/quarter-on-quarter variation in inventory
Administered operational procedures for activities like verification of incoming and outgoing material, management of material and warehouse inventory current
