Designing training plans to meet the training needs for clients and employees.
Consulting various departments and understanding their training needs and requirements.
Managing training needs and costs according to the budget.
Managing and organizing training avenues, logistics, transportation to achieve effective training and attendance.

Preparing reports on the training cost, performance etc.
Managing and developing direct reporting staff.

• Playing a main role with the sales department to help in offering, marketing and do all the technical sales issues.
• Following up a database for Recruitment, Training and Human Resources.
• Conducting regular Training Needs Analysis and putting to action appropriate training solutions
• Ensuring that departmental trainers are active and effective
• Acting as a contact person of the company's customers (inside & outside Egypt), instructors and individual trainees.
• Preparing offers, calls and any thing related to sales department
• Preparing training schedules for the training center for a period of 6 months.
• Following -up with the accounting department for instructors' payment.
• Time management and preparing agenda.
• Coordinating and following up with other departments in Cairo and different sites.
