Major Responsibilities:
• Performing administrative tasks related to invoices.
• Help and educate new staff on how they can self-serve their basic HR needs.
• Create employment related documents, such as Employment Contract / Agreements.
• Maintain accurate data in Systems chase down missing data and correct errors.
• Cooperate very closely with Payroll to enable on time salary payments.
• Calculating Over Time with accuracy.
• Handling of petty cash and making balance sheet in system.
• Support our People Specialists and escalate complex HR matters to them.
• Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and assisting day-to-day office operations
