To manage Terminal Operation System (TOS) by coordination with vendors and infrastructure team therefore ensuring smooth running of the IT function for port operations. Someone with port domain and business application background.
To manage TOS application software and Radio Data Terminals.
To meet business periodically to collect the requirement and implement the same by coordinating with vendor and internal development team.
To identify new features in the system to optimize the productivity.

To maintain and update the system files such as Master Data Settings, Equipment, Ship, Codes and User Accounts.
To assist in monitoring system interface between SPARCS, OPUS Terminal, PROMIS, LXE, Teklogix, Truck Control and RDT systems for smooth functioning of terminal operations.
To test and implement the new releases.
User Management - Granting privilege for new users and perform peri-odic user review
To debug system errors by co-coordinating with TOS vendors
Developing the Report for BI.
Developing the Oracle Form in PROMIS as per business requirement.
Managing OPUS related Software’s (ABB Reports and Auto Login Sys-tem for Quay Operators).
Working closely with developers and architects to optimize and impro-vise the performance and stability of the application.
Prepare and implement software performance testing metrics.
Prepare and implement software failure testing scenarios.
To prepare comprehensive software testing report at the end of every release and publish it across the board.
Analyze the performance testing results and pin point areas of im-provement to the development and architect teams.
To perform root cause analysis on the areas which are causing perfor-mance and integration related issues.
Providing training and walkthroughs after every release to the deploy-ment team about new areas and procedures related to product deploy-ment.
Development on Oracle 6i Forms and Reports.
Managing and troubleshooting the Spacrs and Express software issue.
Creating the Business Intelligent reports on QLIKVIEW.
Strong analytical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skill and ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Maintaining oracle form & report on AIX.
Carrying out design, construction, review and defect analysis activities.
Defining and generating screen formats and report designs.
Providing suitably tested fixes to defects within the sanctioned delivery process.
Producing and updating relevant documentation.
Develop software in accordance with agreed design with consideration for usability, software quality and future maintenance.
Ability to produce clear documented and commented code.
