 Manage shift rotas, stock control and cleaning schedules.
 Develop and manage relationships with customers, ensure a positive, friendly and efficient service is delivered by staff and volunteers and respond to complaints and queries.
 Maintain daily financial systems, including cashing up each day.
 Cover café assistant duties when required including serving customers, making food and drinks and cleaning the café.
 Responsible for maintaining weekly inventory reports and placing orders when necessary.
 Responsible for making sure that service was always efficient but professional.
 Responsible for scheduling staff during regular shifts and special events.
 Ensure health and safety of staff and customers in the cafe; promote high levels of cleanliness and hygiene at all times and ensure any maintenance of equipment and machinery is reported in a timely fashion to the Operation Manager.
 Assists in creating sales volume growth.
 Assists Store Manager and Assistant Manager in planning and executing all sales promotions effectively and efficiently.

 Assume responsibility for all aspects of the coffee production.
 Be capable of completing and overseeing all daily operations of the coffee bars at all locations.
 Oversee all barista employees, performance, job descriptions and responsibilities, training and continuing education, discipline and commendation.
 Managing of baristas, customer service, preparation and presentation of beverages and information, operational procedures, merchandising.
 Maintained professional relationship with customers and co-workers.
 Managing of back of house operations, scheduling, ordering, sales and profitability, contribute ideas as far as operational flow.
 Set up the serving area and serve a wide variety of food items
 Cultivate a professional, friendly, efficient work environment, Lead barista meetings
 Develop strong and successful working relationships with co-workers and promote a spirit of inclusivity and teamwork among all team members in café.
 Regularly taste coffee drinks made by baristas at cafe as well as occasionally at other Branch to ensure consistently high quality that meet Coffeol standards
 Be knowledgeable on each rotation of coffee offerings (attributes, preparation) through cupping’s and coordination with the Training, Quality Control, Production teams
 Release new coffee and food offerings in cafe, working with the manager to decide when new offerings will be put on bar and then educate and inform to cafe team about them
 Assisting other team members when required.

 Greets and listens effectively to customer to ensure courteous and quick service.
 Prepare and serve beverages like coffee, blended coffees, espresso drinks, and teas whether hot or cold drink.
 Ensure work area is clean and sanitized, including sanitizing utensils, or equipment
 Clean seating areas
 Describe items on the menu to customers
 Suggest products that might appeal to customers
 Order, receive, and/ or stock supplies for coffee making
 Monitor inventory
 Performs all support tasks such as cleaning case and equipment and restocking display case.
 Worked on registers daily to authorize return, exchange and audit receipt.
 Makes latte art to make the guest enjoy more their coffee
