• Lead the innovation and renovation projects for juices business, for the new product development and end to end sourcing execution
• Worked as a part of the Focused Improvement team for Supply Chain, enabled problem solving activities in the function and enhanced team competence for the use of tools to identify, prioritize and solve problems
• Worked in the team and made Nestle Pakistan one of the leading markets to implement online price forecasting tool, with the implementing of FPPL (Future Purchase Price Variance)
