Coordination with GACA management to discuss the critical milestones of the project, delay analysis, dashboards for higher management.
Preparation of weekly and Monthly work progress reports in Arabic & English formats & reporting to Project management team.
Attend Weekly & Monthly Progress meeting to review Project Progress with Contractor& Project Management team.
Monitor the airport special systems as per standards related to AGL, Navaids systems, CERTIFICATION AND OPERATIONS: AERODROMES, ICAO Annex 14, CAT I or CAT II, ILS Localizer and Glidepath etc.
Weekly Update of the schedule with regular site tracking and monitoring.
Prepare material schedules, manpower Histogram, Resource allocation as per Schedule.
Work with all disciplines and team members to follow cost, schedules and plan for all project elements.
Develop and manage scope to meet project goals and objectives. Plan and define program goals and devise methods to accomplish them.
Review along with project team with all deviations concerning contract, documents, design specifications, BOQ and workmanship standards.
Regular site visits with random inspection of specific areas to see the approved plans are being implemented on site.
Give milestone to the sub-contractors to avoid delays in schedule.
Develop Project WBS (work breakdown structure) as per scope of work.
Plans and provides the work direction for the preparation of planning and scheduling Control Systems to provide Engineering and construction supervisors the means to evaluate and improve the efficiency of execution.
Evaluating the planning and scheduling information collected from contractors and advises Management of expectations to the plan and potential corrective action and/or impacts to the project.
Review and monitor schedule and progress submitted by contractors during detailed design drawings, Procurement and construction.
Discuss, coordinate and resolve long term and short-term planning and scheduling Problems with contractor.
Deliver timely, accurate and sensitive project controls information that facilitates a clear understanding of the performance of the project in relation to planned performance targets.
Prepare Maser Schedule coordinating with all disciplines.
Preparation of Detailed Construction Schedule with Cost & Resource loaded.
Determine the contract/Client requirement milestones, evaluate the scope of work, Determine submittals/approvals plan, Prepare material Procurement schedules, List Activities with Duration, Constraints, Lead, Lag etc.
Coordinate of development of Shop Drawing Schedule & Procurement Schedule to be match with construction Schedule.
