Mapper & Logistics Coordinator:
DC size 100, 000 m2, Capacity 120, 000 m3, Article Range +6K, ~150k Locations
o Update and maintain master data of available range in ERP, WMS, DWP, YMM and excel tools
o Mapping groups, MHA, Loctype, LDCT, NNB, Picking area, zone based on article contribution
o Monitor and control DC filling rate at zone, loctype and MHA level
o Assign group and gate in advance to control Inbound / outbound
o Monitor and control NBB filling rate
o Monitoring of daily replenishment and Manual assessment creation for exception case
o Monitor and control Picking Area capacity, filling rate and efficiency at zone, loctype and MHA level
o Reverse replenishment for inactive article
o Ensure good product delivery only, track damages & find the solution to minimize the risk
o Audit Area monitoring
o Optimize shipments
o Monitor and control operation productivity
o Ensure delivery to the service center before EDS (end date of sale)
o Perform storage and capacity optimization
o Find projects to increase DC capacity and decrease losses
o Foresee DC future risk and requirement by using RCCP

Logistics Leader:
Key Commodities are Veet, Dettol (Hand washes, Shower gel, Shampoos, wipes, MPC & vanish.
o Responsible to ensure 100% Inventory accuracy between (System Vs Physical Vs 3PL system)
o Ensure 100% RPM availability in order to achieve zero production Loss due to Material unavailability
o Prepare systems and SOP to standardize & steam line warehouse management & 3PL.
o Responsible to maintain site long-term logistics needs by developing warehouse rough-cut capacity planning tools (RCCP)
o To ensure safe working environment prepare OPL, JSA & JSP to educate team
o Maintain 100% data integrity and visual checks (tagging) to ensure complete Goods traceability.
o Responsible to keep maintain high quality standards and 5S
o Responsible to maintain FIFO, FEFO, PIPO
o Purchase Order collection from Customers and Demand planner and Prepare shipment plan as per Demand & customer orders

o Responsible for record keeping as per Record keeping SOP (Minimum last 3 years)
o Book SO (Sale order) in system, Arrange transportation CRO & catch Vessel cutoff
o Control Halb product movement from plant to contract manufacturing for timely manipulation
o Collaboration with contract manufacturing team to arrange RPM, Halb, transport etc to avoid any manipulation loss
o Review Materials Schedule plan with planner to monitor storage and risk assessment for any constrain
o Responsible to made on time supplier payment to avoid any material stoppage
Site initiative Leader:
o Co-ordinate with PLT, MSM & Regional Business unit to find out opportunities / projects for plant
o Ensure timely site response against each FCR
o Engage each single depart project owner to assess project Feasibility, cost & timeline
o Lead weekly Initiative meeting with site representative to track each project CPS’s
o Participate in Bi weekly initiative call with RBU to share update on plant led projects
o Work closely with MPD (Packaging & process) to Identify opportunities in term of cost, cash, time saving and convert opportunity into initiative for site
o Provide help to Site initiative team to deliver their targets/projects
Loss elimination Leader:
o Kick Off supply network loss analysis, align goals with Leadership expectation, prepare team charter & train the team
o Set overall vision for ideal & future states for the site, prepare themes and provide a common direction to team to go into details to collect loss data
o Identify the key opportunities that need to focus over the next year by taking help from loss collection data
o Enroll entire organization in holistic collection of losses to ensure clear definition of ideal state & total employee involvement
o Analysis over all losses to ensure total recoverable loss must be 3 time bigger then organization annual target
o Prepare overall loss Elimination master plan for next three years (align ownership & timeline)
o Execute Loss elimination with excellence by using additional tools UPS, WPI, VSM, TMFA, Envisioning tool
o Track performance, gap analysis, route causes and get view it with Leadership in LA monthly review meeting
Supply network Pillar Leader:
o Deliver business targets by giving saving on cost, improvement on cash & capability to ensure consumer driven supply chain (E2E synchronization)
o Prepare 3 years SNP master Plan and split priorities on quarter level base on business priorities
o Help other functions within the organization to achieve manufacturing targets like stability, reliability, MPS, DI, MUV
o Lead Supply network pillar Bi monthly meeting to ensure keep all SNP action step on-track
o Track SNP team skill qualification and provide help to fill their qualification gaps
o Maintain R&R for the team to keep maintain team moral
Finished Product Planner:
o Daily, Short-term & Long-term product availability plans to meet S&OP (Sales & Operating Plan), ensuring 100% availability at Distribution Center against demand forecast & protect customer service level (CFR).
o Leading Monthly Supply Reviews & develop Production / Distribution strategies to remove capacity constraints via RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity Planning) Tool
o Demand Forecast Analysis & collaborate with marketing team on Weekly Distribution Requirement plans.
o Collaborate with Operations team to meet SAP based Master Production Scheduling Performance (MPSP)
o Collaborate with Material planning team via MRP (Material Requirement Planning) tool to ensure raw & pack material availability & resolve constraints (if any).
o Use DUIT (Drive Unhealthy Inventory Out Tool) to identify non-performing inventories (NPI) & develop action plan to ensure NPI < 5% of total Inventory
o Use HIT (Historical Inventory Trend) Graph to identify inventory reduction opportunities/action plans.
o Using Finished Production Inventory Model to define right level of Safety Stocks at Distribution Centers.
o Using Queuing Production Quantity Model to define right level of minimum production run per size/variant with operations.
o SAP Master Data management & Audits for MRP Parameters, Bill of Materials, Recipe & Production Version
Material Supply Planner:
Key brand is Soap Bar (formally Safeguard)
o Weekly Collaborate with Production Planning team on MPS (Master production schedule) tool to meet 100% demand.
o Daily, Short-term & Long-term material availability plans via MRP (Material resource planning) tool to manage inventory WIW S (Master production schedule), ensuring 100% Raw & pack material availability & resolve constraints (if any)
o Collaborate with WH & QA team for material timely receiving & ensure quality Inspection at first door step.
o Collaborate will Material supply management team to get services from supplier as per their SLA (Service legal agreement)
o Placed deliveries schedule in SAP as per MRP, share with suppliers and take them alignments
o Daily monitor & report SSP (supplier schedule performance) to ensure delivery
Export:
Key Commodity is P&G water purifier (formally PUR)
o Prepare weekly Demand & Orders with CSDW global team
o Purchase Order collection from Customers
