• Managing 25% of R&B business focussing on Ladies wear top line & bottom line returns.
• Strong sourcing strategy implemented resulting in higher intake margins.
• Range building and assortment planning customized to have optimum OTB benefit ensuring financial goals are met.
• Price positioning, vendor management & product analysis critically reviewed once a month.
• To lay down process for handling seasonal / festive purchases.
• Reduced inventory implementation of new ordering procedures of SOR format.
• Currently sourcing from China, India, Turkey, Bangladesh, Hongkong, Pakistan etc
