Support of overall IT Infrastructure, responsible for:

• Over 10+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, Project Management & Service Delivery Management.
• Ensuring application of & Compliance with the companys policies in administration of IT infrastructure.
• Pivotal in managing IT Service Delivery which includes IT Asset Life Cycle Management, IT Infrastructure Management, Team Management.
• Accountable for overseeing various functions related to IT infrastructure, Development, Server, storage, Networking, Asset Allocation, 24/7 IT service focal point.
• Serving as an ERP key user to handle various business-related activities.
• Responsible for Vendor Management, Procurement and support of all hardware, software, and network requirements.
• Managing installation and configuration of Routers, switches, and antivirus server.
• Maintains records and document setting, changes, processes, and procedure in line with ITIL standards.
• Serving as a single point of contact for ERP/Infra/Communication/AV/Network for the plant. Ensuring compliance of software and hardware licenses.
• Management of IBM Data storage servers and CISCO switches.
• Manage Service deliverable of the outsourced infrastructure vendor.
• Accountable for conducting User awareness sessions for various end users related to new systems and security.
• Accountable for preparing for preparing & maintaining IT budgets which includes both Capex & OpeX.
• Management of servers: File print, FTP, AD and Antivirus.
• Implementation of ERP in process and Windows Live Mail/MS Outlook/OE Email.
• Identify alternatives for optimizing computer resources.
