- Planning and movement of In-flight Merchandise to and from Abu Dhabi Hub to the ROW.- Supervising, receiving and packaging of outdoor stations merchandise.- Holding a valid U.A.E license of Light vehicle & Forklift (No.3 & 7). Updating the stock levels in the system and keeping tracks of all the movements.- Coordinating with Planning Team for the stock movement.- Liaising with Abu Dhabi Custom for Documentation, Cargo Clearance and Dispatch.- Raising and Finalizing RFQ's with Freight Forwarders for the execution of Shipments.- Record keeping and reporting performed on SAP as ERP.- Authorizing and approving of Vendor invoices.- Performing the task of store inventory and stocks.
