• Responsible for On boarding and Off boarding of employees as per the requirement, travel arrangements, airport pick up and drop arrangements, hotel booking, allocating accommodation for the employees.
• Grievance handling/employee engagement of various issues pertaining to Blue Collar and white collar workforce.
