process groups across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closeout
phases.

• Delivered 4 standalone G+5 apartment blocks and 15-20 residential villas; consistently
completed projects up to 10% ahead of schedule.
• Led construction of a 2B+G+8 commercial shopping mall (2.5 lakh sft), managing design
coordination, statutory approvals, QA/QC, and handover.
• Prepared BOQs, BBS, detailed estimates, rate analysis, and tender/contract documents;
achieved ~15% project cost savings through procurement optimisation.
• Produced ETABS-based structural models, AutoCAD drawings, RCC detailing, and conducted
proof checks and value engineering exercises.
• Maintained comprehensive project reporting: DLRs, DPRs, MIRs, monthly progress reports,
quality inspection reports, and MOMs.

• Supervised day-to-day site execution, labour management, and subcontractor oversight for
precast and PEB construction projects.

through lean scheduling practices.
