Job Responsibilities :
•Responsible for Tally.ERP 9 software implementations for group companies.
•Training for all users in Tally.ERP9. Gate Pass Out, Invoices and Receipts printing on Pre Printed Stationary and plain papers made through TDL.
•All Voucher Entries printing on plain paper made through TDL.
•Made user level security through TDL as per FMCG industry standards.
•Resolving Technical issues in Tally.ERP9, solving user queries and updating software.
•Responsible for Time Attendance Software and Equipment’s.
•Managed with 8 Hardware and Software Engineers.
•Implemented CCTV System in our company for security purpose, Monitoring and Maintaining.
•Performed all levels of hardware and software systems support more than 100 Computers and various types of Printers.
•Responsible for hardware and software applications, workstations, servers and network data communications. Collaborated with executive management and department leaders to assess network capacity needs.
•Managed all new install projects for servers, switches and other network resources.
•Develop and updates documentation, appraising users and administrators of vital information.
•Administer and maintain environment security. Involved with administering security alerts to staff and daily, weekly data backups.
•Creating proactive procedures for problem preventions and resolutions interfaced with
