Currently working as a Project Manager in Alrais Labs, a leading technology research and development company in Dubai. Leading a vital role in managing all the IT projects, researching for new technologies for the projects and coordinating with Multinational Clients for the well standing of the company in this industry. AT the same time, doing some kind of researches for identifying new features and adding those into the self developed Real Estate CRM system and supporting the marketing team for promoting it. Have developed a unique Application/Plugin which is specialized for making all social media images shoppable in third party websites.
Major Responsibilities
• Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
• Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
• Interact with clients to complete the projects meet their requirements by coordinating resources.

Have worked for Prestige Real Estate, a top-leading real estate company in Dubai as IT Manager. Have developed a customizable Real Estate CRM system, and the master website for the company, which helped the company, one among the Top 4 real estate companies in the UAE based on the leads they were receiving from top real estate portals (Propertyfinder, Dubizzle, Bayut, JustProperty etc.). The CRM system is able to communicate with around 72 portals in the UAE. The company has 50+ property consultants and 10+ Administrators. From their wide experience, Real Estate Agents in that company substantiated this CRM system as a Top class CRM system they have seen. Apart from this, was responsible in providing all kinds of IT supports to my company: Manage the dedicated server hosted in US, in-house server management, Manage Emails and documents of all staffs, IP telephone management, software/hardware supports, Network Administration, CCTV Management, Biometrics Management and Develop other websites.
