Preparation of preliminary Project schedule, detail/sequential Project Presentation, Leading review meetings.
Discussion and finalisation of the preliminary project schedule with the project manager & client and saving the
above schedule as the Baseline project schedule.
Generating variance report, critical activities, delay analysis and their implications on the overall schedule in
Primavera P6 and presenting it to the client management.
Updating the baseline project schedule on the status of activities received from the vendors and in-house data
provided by the project manager/other concerned engineers and forward the updated project schedule to the
project manager for issuance to the client. Internal coordination between different departments.
Daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for the assigned site areas
Material handling project for Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, India in Raw Material
Handling Plant.
Providing on‐site Service activities to ensure completion of the project within the time & cost parameters.
Possess knowledge of Material Handling Equipment like Stacker Reclaimer Machine, Conveyor Systems, and Wagon
Tippler.
Preparation of offers/bid documents as per the tender requirements to successfully bid for Government / Private
Tenders, etc.
Understanding the project techno-commercial requirements, project objectives and organisation’s interests and
preparing reports/documents ensuring no financial risk or damage to the reputation of the organisation.
Vendor development/ registration and maintaining connections with various clients.
Strategically, analyse, plan overall schedule in Primavera P6 & conceptualise the basic requirements while setting
up the technical infrastructure of the project, reviewing all the project proposals.
Accountable for approving building components of the projects.
Preparation of Billing Schedule, RA Bills, Taxes & Duties e-filling, etc.
Implemented cost reduction measures to contain expenditure within budgetary provisions.
Daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for the assigned site area.
Liaise with External Agencies & Clients for determining technical specifications, approvals for execution & obtaining
on-time clearances. Oversee the inventory requirements and the Bill of material at tender stage.
