Selection and On-Boarding Process
Roles and responsibilities:
•Responsible for the entire process of recruitment life cycle.
•Understanding the Requirement Specification from the Team Lead
•Evaluating the requirements and screening the right profiles before submitting.
•Identifying resource through various sources of recruitment portals, networking, Referrals, Internal database, head hunting.
•Conducting Preliminary discussion or initial screening.
•Short listing and filtering candidates through various parameters like, Language Proficiency, Education, Experience & Exposure in the IT Industry and Stability in each of the companies worked with, Technical Expertise, number of Technical Projects, Salary Details, reason for Change, Notice Period, and Relocation etc.
•Offer and follow up - Prepare and issue offer letters to selected candidates and have a close follow up with the candidates until they join.
•Successfully handled mass recruitment drives (Walk-ins)
•Planning for the forthcoming requirements and pipeline some resources beforehand.
