• Establishing a system and infrastructure for offering various credit oriented products for the corporate customer. As Business Architect & Project Leader for CMP (team of 8 system personnel and 5 banking personnel), responsible for conceiving a viable specification for developing a suitable solution for:

o Concentration of funds from various centers to a central pool
o Distribution of funds to various accounts maintained at different locations
o Handling of local collections from various centers and providing necessary MIS to customer for reconciliation
o Debit transfer at gross basis; and Zero balance sweep
