Responsibilities:
Order new materials according to production plan and maintain min/max against each item.
Lead and join team of five members to run day to day operations of Warehouse.
Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
Ensure timely issuing of stock to respective departments.
Ensure FIFO & LIFO usage
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on inventory.
Keep eye on stagnant stock and report to management on timely basis.
Respond to queries from finance, auditors & purchasing.
Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
Report rejected, expired quantities in stock to management.
Work on arrangement & stacking of stocks.
Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt of raw and packing materials, then arranging their storage in designed places.
Playing role in MRP (materials requirement planning) team for planning of materials.
Arranging delivery of materials to production plants on daily bases.
Planning min/max reports and communicating them to all concerns.
Keeping strong eye on all inventories to make them as per min/max plan, Maintain inventory at optimum level to prevent under or over investment in inventory.
Create Purchase Requests for stock reimbursement
Monthly closing of inventory, checking monthly issuing of raw / packing materials and spare parts. Compiling a report and submitting to finance.
Checking physical stock of materials and spares with system on quarterly bases.
Provide accurate, current inventory data for purchasing decisions.
Provide periodic reports to higher management to ensure critical areas of stock are monitored & controlled and any abnormality is addressed & resolved.
Having a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the store contributes to these, coordinating the use of automated and computerized systems where utilized.
ERP: SAP
Play active role in Material requirement Planning (MRP) for raw materials, and control min/max for the spares/consumables & packing materials.
Keep close eye and control on all stock levels and ensure availability of stocks as per planning levels.
Work closely with planning and procurement team Maintain inventory at optimum level and avoid over/under stock situation.
Create Purchase Request (PR) for all the required materials as per planned stock levels and following for delivery with the purchased department.
Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods, and ensure safe storage of Finish goods, proper loading and reporting of all dispatching.
Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy, cycle counts, planning future capacity requirements, motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met carries out full physical inventory count on quarterly basis, organizes & maintains the warehouses ensuring all items were clearly Identified, maintains shelf life items on FIFO basis.

Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
Ensures that all warehouses/store’ procedures comply with the quality system and prepares stores procedures & documentation for QA audit.
ERP: Oracle R12 inventory management Module / MRP Module
Direct and/or supervise all associates handling inventory management functions;effectively manage internal inventory control processes and appropriately handle exceptions.
Working with all department managers to identify and understand key projects, initiatives and workloads.
Lead and direct regular efforts to verify inventory.
Lead, facilitate, and oversee the execution of daily inventory policies, procedures, analysis and reporting to meet facility inventory metrics including scheduled velocity profile reviews, customer forecast reviews and inventory activity based slotting.
Establish best practice inventory measures including tracking, reporting, and root cause analysis and maintaining minimum inventory level to save cost which may be useful for other operations.
Work with security to establish and adhere to loss prevention policies and procedures; create efficient and accurate inventory management procedures, assessment of procedures conducted to drive continues improvement and maintain best in class status
Reconcile inventories and coordinate annual physical inventory procedures.
Part of Management Team to implement loss prevention programs and improving management of inventory; plan and implement a recovery program to ensure all defective product is accounted for & handled properly.
Manage inventory quality and accuracy assurance programs, including weekly and monthly reports; develop a program to audit returns and move returned product to its proper location; ensures Department maintains accurate records to help facilitate shortage detection.
Develop all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory counts. Ensures all weekly and monthly reports are delivered accurately and on time.
