Responsible for Inventory Management.
1.Policy & Procedure Development and Implementation : -Assist in developing policies and procedures for Material Planning & Warehouse function, to be reviewed & approved by Supply Chain Manager (SCM)
Develop process flows for Material Planning & Warehouse and ensure compliance
Ensure implementation & compliance with company code of conduct, organizational policies & procedures.
2.Inventory Planning & Warehouse Functions : - Monitoring & Control.Monitor stock levels, in-flows and out flows as per requirement and take necessary measures to make stock items readily available in coordination with procurement. Use forecasting tools and maintain safety stock levels.
Perform ABC classification using relevant tools
Coordinate to set action plan and settling issues pertaining to slow moving, non-moving & returned items
Lead concept of 5S in Planning & Warehouse functions
Managing inventory accuracy through perpetual inventory & implementation of FIFO/FEFO
Contract management to ensure efficient & effective services are available to fulfill organization needs in following areas;
Scrap sell
Contaminated waste disposal
Transportation services
Rental man power services in coordination with HR
Ensure that supporting tools & handling equipment are kept in good condition, operated safely & arrange their periodic maintenance.
Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and regulations related to the work performed so as to minimize potential risk of accidents, injuries or hazards in the Warehouse.
3.Reporting and Monitoring : -Preparation of reports on weekly basis for all shipments under clearance.
Monitoring and preparing report to evaluate clearing agent’s performance and report it to the supply chain Manager.
Keep record of logistic business plan and make sure of daily, weekly and monthly implementation and submit periodic reports about achievements to the Supply chain Manager.
Issuing of raw material
Updating stocks in SAP and Stock Registers
Arrangement of stock by FIFO(First In First Out)System
Preparing MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for all Chemicals.
Take Care of All Tools Calibration
Take care of Dispatches.
Preparing Excise Challans, NRGP & RGP.
