Content and Communications Management:
- Manage the art direction, development and launch campaign of the new website and company ID. www.integration-imc.com
- Product management of BRANDxp: a syndicated research that measures and ranks the 200 most dynamic brands in the market based on their marketing performance (www.brandxps.com).
- Handle the company’s communication initiatives: Seasons’ greetings(www.integration-imc.com/season ), anniversary celebrations (www.integration-imc.com/20) and knowledge publications such as white papers, brochures and fact sheets explaining the tools and processes.
- Create and monitor the company’s digital presence across the various social media channels.
- Handle the company’s marketing and public relations initiatives: plan the company’s international presence in seminars and conferences, prepare press releases, draft and design publications.
- Organize seminars and participate to international conferences.
- Monitor and improve the e-learning suite of tools via the content management system.
Commercial responsibility:
- Meet with allies to discuss forecast and manage the sales pipeline.
- Prepare an action plan along with relevant case studies and customized material to support the commercial process.
- Meet with the directors to plan the company’s sales and development targets and brainstorm on new initiatives.
- Train the new business associates and allies on the company’s system and process to establish automation at the licensee’s end.
- Insure the company’s policies and regulations, with regards to the tools and products, are well respected among alliances and sister companies.
Fashion Shows: Rome-Italy
- Establish the look and feel of the runway.
- Manage the Models’ image (Hair, Make-up, and various catwalk appearances).
- Plan, set up and manage the backstage (hair, make-up, fitting stations, models and assisting staff).
- Work with site managers and event planners to ensure on-time catwalk appearance and a smooth show.
Exhibitions: Paris-France
- Set up and establish visibility of the stand.
- Assist with on-site sales and PR initiatives.
- Work with the event/site managers to ensure a successful presence at the exhibition along the pre-arranged agreements.
- Plan, organize and coordinate events and weddings.
- Handle the group’s external relations with suppliers, customers and clients.
- Manage a portfolio of one hundred and fifty promoters during various activities within malls, supermarkets and seminars.
- Handle hostesses and on-site coordination during events.
- Coordinate with various suppliers and venues to ensure proper timing and follow up on events and weddings.
- Manage and deliver MCA projects for multinational clients in FMCG, services, durables and other sectors.
- Assist senior project managers in several missions of which: Scoping of MCA projects, coordination with clients in launching and managing field work, preparation of audit deliverables, ongoing work on internal research projects and on improvement of tools and software.
