Recommended the correct valves and installation for jet fuel injection pot mixer unit. Eliminated grease blocks on fin fan hub bearing housings with straight connectors. Recommended gravitational vessel and pump for Mercaptan injection on LPG spheres. Conducted a hazardous fresh air operation and saved the company money on a H2S unit. Assigned as the Lead for the 2015 Turnaround for Inhabitation Quills, Mega Event and coordinated work flow, safety meetings, management feedback and selling of documents together with commissioning. Responsibilities and Duties: Maintenance on all Petroleum Refinery equipment. Stand in as Acting Coordinator when my Coordinator is on leave, on a course and when he is busy in meetings as run the immediate crew and contractors on site. Standby and Shutdown duties. Fin fans & Fin fan Banks, Crude Oil Units, Dampers, Effluent Presses. Maintenance and Repairs on all Plant Rotating Equipment including Turbines and mixers. Interstage Coolers on Industrial Compressors. Furnaces and Waste heat Boilers. Amine Plants, Steam Boilers. De-sulphur Units and De-coking Units, Reclaimers, Sulphuric Acid & Caustic Dosing. Laser Alignment. Reactors (Blinding, De-Blinding, Start Up, Loading & Dumping) VDU's, ADU's, Fin fans & Fin fan Banks, Crude Oil Units, Dampers, Effluent Presses. Dumping and loading Reactors. Steam Boilers. Sulphur Recovery Units (SCOT). Plate Exchangers, Rotary Valves, Gauge Glasses. Loss Prevention Safety Assessment System, Loss Prevention Observations, Daily Risk Assessment System, logging of Loss Investigations. 5 WHY Investigation
