-Meetings, congress, conferences, special events and groups
-Meetings and correspondence with the client
-Contract, payment and satisfaction of clients
-Follow-up of enquiries, payments and problem solving
-Operation during special events, such as weddings, congresses, local female weddings
Embarking and disembarking operations
Disembark operation: responsible of the hostess’ operation:
-organisation of the daily team: VIP ‘services, transfers, safety, shuttle buses and problem solving in shortest time
Embarking: -drop off luggage
-organisation of priorities and groups arrivals
Middle Eastern Studies- Arabic Language 3 years and Hindi Language 2 years
Tourism Management: English-5 years Spanish -5 years German -8 years
