As a Senior Marketing and PR Specialist I'm responsible for the following:
● Preparing yearly and monthly marketing plans
● Preparing marketing budget monthly, quarterly, and annually and allocating funds accordingly.
● Developing concepts and participating in creative directions when creating new marketing campaigns.
● Managing all aspects of communication with our marketing agency - an external partner company.
● Analyzing and reporting on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and all marketing activities gaining insights, and assessing against goals.
● Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
● Analyzing consumer behavior and adjusting campaigns accordingly.
● Overseing all communication content and elements and making sure to be in line with the local regulations and the company’s procedures and regulations.
● Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
● Implementing efficient traditional advertising channels to increase brand awareness on TV, Radio, indoor and outdoor, print, and visibility.
● Organizing events and different promotions.
● Planning, monitoring, and performing market research on market competitors and environment, including prices, products, and commercial campaigns.
● Completing various marketing projects at the request of Management.
● Preparing creative and technical content for campaigns and implementation of campaigns on digital channels.
● Publishing different commercials through different communication channels Web, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Viber, and Email.
CITY FASHION is a house of fashion brands offering the latest collections of brands like KARL LAGERFELD, VERSACE JEANS COUTURE, ELISABETTA FRANCHI, EMPORIO ARMANI, ARMANI EXCHANGE, MICHAEL MICHAEL KORS, FURLA, HOGAN, JOHN RICHMOND, SILVIAN HEACH, LA MARTINA, SCHUTZ, ANTONY MORATO, PIERRE CARDIN, JOOP!, CLUB OF COMFORT, and others, to the fashionable Macedonian customers.
It was a full-time multitask position and I was working in hybrid mode. I was responsible for the website's day-to-day trading and development, and the digital marketing strategies planning and implementation.
- Managing the company's e-commerce platform including trading, product upload, reporting, and promotional activity.
- Responding, answering, and processing all customers' inquiries
- Receiving and processing orders
- Following all payments through POS and offline through courier
- Tracking inventory levels, bestsellers, slow movers, OOS, etc
- Actively participating in the planning and implementing of our digital marketing and e-commerce strategy, identifying opportunities to drive incremental sales.
- Providing monthly reporting and forecasts
- Reviewing customer purchase cycle and identifying potential enhancements and improvements to optimize the user experience
- Detecting touch points and pain points in the customer journey through all the stages of the marketing funnel
- Analyzing traffic and performance to gather insights on how to improve conversion rates
- Testing and quality control of development changes
- Review and test apps, extensions, and tech solutions
- Identifying potential extensions, apps, and integration to enhance the front and back-end functionality of the online store
- Together with the marketing agency team developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive profitable sales, grow brand awareness and acquire new customers
- Analyzing data and insights from GA to influence decision-making across the business
- Daily follow-up with the logistics and delivery -partner company management team from Eko Logistics Service
- Participating in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, photoshoots, events
- Together with the programmers' team and the marketing agency team working on the project of implementation of Woo-Commerce with our ERP Business System - Pantheon
Being part of the DarkHoney team was a one-of-a-kind experience. I joined the team in the early stages of the business establishment and that dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial atmosphere was something incomparable to my previous experience. The company culture was amazingly friendly, inviting, and supportive. The team of creatives working on projects was international and the clients were from different regions too.
