I have trained far more than 500 students from 1987 till 2003 in Eskom and from various Power Stations. Being an assessor - I have also administered many Trade Tests of students from various companies - factories, power stations, mines and etc
Mar 1990 -Jun 2003- Snr Training Facilitator and Training Coordinator : - Doing actual facilitation of training and also Steering a training department with 17 staff and about 1250 students.

Obtained and maintained accreditation training standards and licensed to do training and national assessments for Eskom in South Africa with National Accreditation Status.

The training functions are the normal range of training activities: - determine needs analysis, develop training material, booking of students, adhere to the training principles, Facilitation training and coaching - classroom and practical on-job training, recordkeeping of performances, feedback to clients / line mangers.
Stay abreast with changes of training methodology and improvise to give the best to my training career.

Jan 1989 till Feb 1990 Training Project Manager / Coordinator I managed a project team of facilitators in 14 power stations to design a new curriculum with training material and assessment documentation. Successful implementation Feb 1990
