Reports directly to Sr. QS and/or Commercial Manager, perform and implement all post contract duties including but not limited to measurements, preparation of variations orders, analysis of site design changes, interim valuation certificates, final accounts and evaluation reports. Assists in preparing cost estimate for different phases of the project, advice the project management on possible cost over runs and on the action necessary to remain within the approved project budget. Examine, control and evaluate sub-contractor's invoices and ensure the contractual obligations are satisfied and advice the project management on payments of the same. Work very close with the project team to ensure that measurements, variations and contractual matters are properly recorded and notified.
Reports directly to Sr. QS and/or Technical Manager, prepare monthly progress payment applications and variations/cost estimates, performed a multi tasking QS jobs to on-going projects & to sub-contractors as well :- evaluation of their monthly payments, variation claims, manpower contract payments, and final account negotiations & settlements.
Reports directly to Sr. QS and/or Technical Manager, estimate and perform field quantity measurement for progress periodic valuation based on the approved Shop Drawing and Conditions of Contract, prepare variations/cost estimates, checks sub-contractor’s claims for accuracy and merit, prepare and evaluate interim payment certificates of subcontractors.
Reports directly to Sr. QS and/or Contracts Manager, management of contracts and sub-contract accounts, Prepare monthly progress payment application and claims, Prepare correspondences to sub-contractors regarding sub-contract work issues, prepare bid summaries for all sub-contracts & sub-contractor’s accounts, prepare and evaluate interim payment certificates of subcontractors. Update, monitor and submit Change Order summary and status report, final account negotiation with sub-contractors and to the Client’s representative/Consultant.
Assembling data for preparation of budget concern and potential impact on project finances, . prepare and update master budgets, participate in all design reviews & value engineering meetings as well as preparing variation reports & analysis, Responsible for day to day operations at site, identifying and resolving design issues, monitoring progress on site against construction programme. Initiate meetings with subordinates and workers to discuss problems encountered, safety measures, new construction innovations and methods, always maintain cordial relationships with project proponents, responsible for the preparation of construction planning & schedule manpower and equipment utilization and requisition of materials necessary for the project. The job calls for the direct supervision of project and project staff that includes workers and subordinates as well as sub-contractors.
