Achievements made SkillKonnect.in domain made live by interim portal; 2000 profile matches; 486 Local level employers (SMEs) were approached in coordination with District Program Officers and Operations team: Collated a demand of 3500+ vacancies; 300 HR agencies successfully contacted and verified. Demand collation from 10 HR agencies: 2508; NSDC affiliated Training Centers physically verified 1193; along with 12 Awareness Camps, 10 Stall Setups 21 guest lectures and 9 events conducted. Achievements’: been able to improve and reduce the ambulances maintenance and equipment costs, saved lakhs of rupees on tires procurement and maintenance with proper monitoring
108 Calls - Improved calls quality, through introduction of interim monthly trainings with emphasis on Customer Experience to the Agents, resulting in attending to 22000 calls in a quarter with an AHT in 183 seconds, and 99% call response efficiency.

 Overseeing to Agriculture department staff comprising of Administrative, Agriculture Field Officers, and Agriculture Field Labor with respective day to day operations, administration.
