O Re-engineered, architected and implemented the end-to-end process for Access Copper and Core SDH products for Bahrain Telecom, Bahrain. Reduced the turnaround time for service delivery by 50%. Designed integration with various Telecom Systems and SAP through IBM MQ Middleware and .NET Web Services. Mentored / trained the customer team and project team on technical and project skills. Presentations, daily meetings, conference calls, project tracking, running discovery sessions, resource management, executive & stakeholders reporting were part of the activities performed. O Architected and implemented the automation of the Electronic Travel System at World Health Organization, Switzerland using Metastorm BPM, SQL Server 2005 and SSRS. Traveled to Geneva to understand onsite business processes, technical environment and discuss resolutions. Managed the delivery from offshore in Dubai.
o Managed and architected e-government project for Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia. Developed the multi-lingual (English, Arabic and French) solution using Metastorm .NET SDK and integrated with the online portal. The system automated the entire internal process of MOFA and is used in improving the overall efficiency. Traveled to customer site to present the solution architecture and managed technical resources for the project delivery.
o Managed and architected the loyalty program for Panasonic Middle East, UAE. Application covers the Middle East region for their entire product range. The system helped Panasonic get closer to their customers and understand the buying patterns and improve marketing and sales. Cognos TM1 based analysis of the customer Recent, Frequency and Monetary patterns were provided. Involved in management meetings, requirements gathering and technical team management. Customer database was maintained in MS CRM with integration with the online customer portal using BizTalk Server.
o Managed and architected the B2C portal based on MS Commerce Server for Panasonic Middle East, UAE. Involved in meeting and discussing the requirements and the solution with business and technical teams of customers, payment gateway provider and logistics team. Managed the technical team and trained the customer on administration activities.
