● Working experience in executing E&I activities of Construction, EPC projects with EPC Contractor, Client & PMC Organizations.
● Participation in design reviews and engineering changes with customer and Engineering team and ensure other disciplines are made aware of the design changes.
● Initiating Customer, Engineering & Vendor review meetings and ensuring to solve the hold issues.
● Participate in project reviews, value engineering and value improvement workshops with Customer / Contractor
● Ensuring that the design is within the scope of contract and following up of design submittals in order to meet the project schedule.
● Develop close working relationships between all engineering group members, Project Managers / projects team and staff to ensure a consistent approach and effective resolution of issues.
● Responsible for implementing and monitoring electrical & Instrument work on site with effective cost and schedule control.
● Ensuring that the sub-contractor / in house assignment of all resources like manpower, materials, consumables, equipment and tools efficiently.
● Having thorough knowledge of the Contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to site execution and ensure that all work is done as per approved drawings, contract documents and project specification.
● Coordinate with the client representatives for site instructions and inspection work as well as submission of daily site reports, weekly progress of contract, inspection requests, estimates and all monitoring reports.
● Planning & close monitoring of Site Construction activities through proper control of Staff & Workers.
● Strategic utilization of available resources for achieving organizational objectives.
● Project Recovery Planning and ensuring to meet the target schedules.
● Preparing budgets & planning funds for operations, ensuring adherence to allotted budgets.
● Initiating variation commercial and time claims to client as per project contract and client standard or specifications.
● Overseeing project operations, construction and installation & commissioning as well as business development from the clients.
● Proactively identifying areas of obstruction / delays in project and take steps to rectify and directly monitoring the site construction activities frequently to achieve the target dates.
● Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in construction activities and meeting of project targets.
HDPE & LDPE petrochemical Plant construction looking after Electrical scope.
Scope: Construction and commissioning of 34.5/ 13.8 kV Substations in HDPE & LDPE units.

Scope: Construction scope includes (13000km installation of conduit, cable pulling,
Termination in field Instruments and Control room)
