Responsibilities undertaken:
• Purchasing Materials for A/foil & C/film (Core, Box, Carton Etc) from various supplier at best prices in the market
• Updating all records of purchased products
• Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely
• Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time
• Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analysis
• Managing Production Department of Aluminium Foil and cling Film.
• Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
• Calculating the product Cost and providing the selling price (with profit) to sales executive and our customers
• Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
• Estimating costs and setting the quality standards;
• Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;+
• Doing entries in Tally for Cling Film & A/Foil, updating daily basis production sheet & checking sales invoice.
• Doing daily Petty Cash voucher entries in Tally
• Verifies accounts by reconciling the Company’s Bank statements and Bookkeeping Ledgers
• Keeping track on Debtors & Creditors for receivable and payable accounts
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
• Attending and contributing meetings with Staff and delivery in charge to motivate staff for promotion
• Managing smooth flow of Goods in the market in coordination with Sales person
