Process in-coming mail; open, stamp, sort for priorities.
Data entry works of the accounts department in Oracle Accounts Package.
Preparing payment vouchers and receipts vouchers.

Answering incoming telephone calls and taking down messages for the concerned staff in the department
Setting up computer back up files of all incoming documents as well as Banking and PDB Files, JV, Petty Cash Files etc. duly categorized and doing immediate Scanning and incorporation to “shared folders” by staff concerned.
