I have been working as an Adjunct Professor at the various Universities for all these years. Presently, I teach adult education curriculum classes at the College of Charleston. I designed the class and prepared the instructional blueprint for the class. The classes that I have taught have all been in the field of education.
Creator and President of a 501C Organization that promotes international exchanges since 1993. Technology Educator of the Year (2011) . President and Board Member of State and National Organizations. Member at large for AEIS for TESOL. Consultant/Invited Speaker/Trainer/Facilitator on Local, State, National, and International Level.

Responsible for RAETAC staff, training and technical assistance for 11 school districts and adult education in those district. Managed a $100, 000+ budget. Reported directly to State Director of Adult Education
Responsible for year-round adult program that offers GED, High School Diploma, English as Second Language, Workkeys Certification, Certified Nursing Assistant, TOEFL preparation, COMPASS/ACT/SAT preparation, family literacy and chidcare to 1500+ students a year. Provided staff development for teachers that included establishing a vision and mission for the program. Managed a budget of 1.2 million dollars and a staff between 30 and 40 people. Leader of a National Blue Ribbon High Schools that focused on students selecting and studying majors: Pre Medicine, Pre Engineering, Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Education, Entertainment Technology, Theatre, Web and Digital Communications. Led the school into offering Advanced Placement classes and is now a STEM school. Performed all Principal duties.
