• Overall responsibility for 3PL in UAE & KSA and Last Mile in UAE.
• Monitoring returns in case of both NDR and CIR and ensuring the return process is completed in the stipulated time.
• Communicate with Shipping Agencies/Carrier/Lines for competitive rates and services and onboarding.
• Interface with ports, customs and external inspection authorities for documentation, goods clearance and other routine matters.
• Facilitate shipment status update to customers through monitoring movements from origin to destination.
• Communicating with couriers for optimal service as per customer requests.
• Responsible for sending daily reports including RTO Instruction, NMV, Shipping and RTO Pendency Report, Daily cost per shipment report Last Mile Capacity Planning report and Delivery Performance Report to stake holders and other personnel.
• Update customer support team on pending orders and any possible unforeseen delays.
• Ensuring optimal customer service levels, recommending action plans, coordinating implementation and monitoring follow up.
Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
•Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
•Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
•Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
