•Successfully planned and delivered Trinidad’s first multi-lateral oil well for Trinmar (Trinidad west coast); six-fold increase in production was achieved.

Account Representative/Senior Technical Professional - Cementing:
•Worked as a Cementing Engineer for Trinmar and cemented over 25 wells in one year.
•Part of Halliburton Business Development Group whose purpose was to create new business opportunities based and provide technical support to clients.
Operation support: Created the Extended Reach Drilling (ERD) Guide for the Azeri Chirag Gunashli (ACG) oil development based on offset wells which, enabled access to resources on the periphery of the field.
•Field Development and Business Forecasting: Created a zoned map for all fields in ACG as function of the wellbore stability observed in the offset wells relative to platform/target location; this became the benchmark for monetizing a fixed duration Production Sharing Agreement.
•Technical standard: Established the Standard Operating Practice (SOP) for directional drilling, anti-collision & risk management in ACG five, forty-eight slots, platforms; this risk-based approach limited the shutdown of adjacent high-producing oil wells.
•ACG Operation: Lead engineer on Central Azeri Team in a Multi-disciplinary Team that delivered seven wells including the second longest ERD well in Azerbaijan at 6000m (19, 600ft) step out.
•Shah Deniz Operation: Senior Drilling Engineer for two subsea HPHT exploration/keeper wells.
•Engineering Innovation: Initiated the Halliburton 18” x 22” Versaflex expandable liner hanger system to address the challenge of significant hydraulic restriction when running the subsequent 16” liner.
•Business Efficiency: Developed a multi-level inventory management strategy for ACG that optimized while remaining responsive to a multi-rig line operation; this resulted in a 28% reduction in stock levels.
•Engineering Innovation: Served as lead for the steerable conductor system development for the AGT Region; this had the potential to provide control to an otherwise blind operation.
Planned and executed (partially) the plug, abandonment & slot recovery of Flamboyant 02 well with sustained casing pressure in multiple annuli; this restored control on the hydrocarbon inventory.
•Major Project - Operation Support: Planned and executed the Cashima Gas Development six (6) new drill high-rate wells and met BP gas contract commitments.
