•I have 10 years' experience of looking after CPS 1800, 7000 high speed sorting machine installed inside Transguard Cash Management Service located in Dubai Airport Free Zone.
•Client Relationship Management, Inventory Management, Meeting the SLA in time, Nil downtime for machines managed by myself.
•Production reports and JIRA updates are made regularly.
•Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of the Cash Sorting machines to identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
•Perform preventive maintenance on the chillers, such as cleaning and replacing filters, lubricating parts, and checking electrical components.
•Respond to emergency breakdowns and diagnose faults, implement corrective action, and restore equipment to operational status.
•Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs conducted, including maintaining service logs, updating manuals, and providing reports to Midea Partners/Factory as necessary.
•Provide technical assistance to customers on the operation and maintenance of chillers.
•Maintain inventory of spare parts and materials necessary for the maintenance of the chillers.
•Follow all safety guidelines and ensure all maintenance work is conducted safely and eficiently.

•Worked in United Kingdom (Bristol) Customer site for 2 months for Customer support with CPS1800, 7000 and Cobra (8+1) pocket machines with excellent customer service satisfaction.
